Shipping and Returns Information
Shipping Policy:
We ship all orders via USPS and UPS, as determined by Herko LLC. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Herko LLC is not liable for any delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, disputes, or any unforeseen events. Please note, shipping times are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: $14.99 per shipment (We also ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses!)
- Orders over $99: Free standard shipping
- Expedited Shipping: $34.99
- Express Shipping: $54.99
- Please note: Expedited and Express shipping only affect transit times, not processing times. Time in transit is not guaranteed.

International Shipping:
- Standard International Shipping: $59.90
All items are carefully packed before being handed over to the carrier. Herko LLC is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping. In case of a damaged package, please retain all packing materials and contact both the carrier and Julius-K9 LLC immediately. Do not return the package to us.
Returns and Exchanges:
At Julius-K9 LLC, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. We do accept both refunds and exchanges, provided the conditions outlined below are met.

- Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with the product, if it is the wrong size, or if it does not meet your expectations.
- Prior approval from Herko LLC is required before returning any product(s). To request a return, please visit your account page Click Here **Kindly specify in the notes section of your request if you would prefer a refund or an exchange. If requesting an Exchange, Please include the item you'd like to receive as a replacement.**
- All returned items must be in new, salable condition with all tags, patches, and free from dirt and hair.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee (outlined below)

Restocking Fees:
Restocking fees may apply if the product is not in perfect condition upon return, and are based on the following criteria:- 5% for missing tags
- 10% for missing patches
- 15% for dirty products requiring excessive cleaning
- 20% for missing components or accessories
- 25% for folded or creased harnesses (do not fold items to fit in return packaging)
- 25% for any items in unsalable condition

Non-returnable Items:
- We cannot accept returns on balls/tugs, Custom patches/All custom made products. unless it is different from what was ordered or is damaged.

RMA Process:
To begin a return or exchange, please file out your request within 15 days of receiving your order. The Return Approval form is required to process your return. Products returned without an approval will be returned to the sender. Return Request Form
Approved returns will expire 30 days after issuance, so please make sure to return items promptly.
