At Herko LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality products. We offer a limited warranty on our products to ensure your satisfaction. Please read our warranty policy below for details.

Limited Warranty Coverage

Herko LLC warrants that products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty applies regardless of where the product was purchased. Please note that this warranty does not cover toys, tugs, and chews.

Julius-K9 offers a limited warranty for products purchased directly from Herko LLC or its authorized retailers. Our products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for up to 1 year from the date of purchase or for the maximum period allowed by the laws of your jurisdiction, if less. Unfortunately, we cannot warrant the quality of products handled by distributors outside of our carefully selected network of partners, so our warranty only applies to purchases made directly through Herko LLC or an authorized retailer.

  • If you purchased directly from our official website, you can submit a warranty claim through us.
  • If you purchased from a third-party retailer or reseller, you must contact the store where the purchase was made to process your warranty request.

Although the warranty is valid for one year regardless of where you purchased the product, the process for submitting a warranty claim will vary depending on whether the purchase was made through our website or through a third-party seller.

Warranty Claim Process (For Website Purchases)

To process a warranty claim, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Request an RMA Number: Contact us by email at contact@her-ko.com and include the following details:

    • Full name, shipping address, and phone number
    • Order number
    • Product name or item number
    • Pictures of the product, including close-ups of the defect
    • A detailed description of the issue

     

  2. Response Time: We will respond to your warranty claim within 48 to 72 hours. If additional information is needed, we will reach out for clarification.

  3. Product Return: In some cases, we may request the return of the defective product for further evaluation. If the claim is approved, we will reimburse the return shipping costs.

  4. Return Shipping Label: Once the warranty claim is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Please promptly return the defective product to us. Upon receipt of the product, we will process the exchange or refund.

Warranty Resolution

Herko LLC reserves the right, at our discretion, to either repair or replace the product or refund the original purchase price. Once a warranty claim is resolved, our liability to the buyer is limited to the warranty resolution.

Important Notes

  • The one-year warranty is valid no matter where the product was purchased. However, warranty claims must be processed through the appropriate channel (via our website for website purchases, or the third-party retailer for reseller purchases).
  • Products returned without prior warranty approval will be returned to the sender.
  • The warranty applies only to defects in material or workmanship, not damages caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
